Beginning October 29
Using verbal direction, demonstrations and light assists, Erica will guide you in finding the best path for you through the Primary Series of Ashtanga. As you gain confidence and self sufficiency in the physical postures, you will discover how to quiet your mind so you can listen closer to your own intuition. Flexibility, strength and pain relief are side effects of practicing the techniques of Ashtanga: Postures, Free breathing, Gazing points.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays meet me through Zoom to learn the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. We will work through modifications and options to create the most beneficial practice for you, based on your specific needs and goals.
