Memberships

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays AND NOW SATURDAYS meet me through Zoom to learn the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. We will work through modifications and options to create the most beneficial practice for you, based on your specific needs and goals.

2. I’ll send you an email with the Zoom link.
3. Sign in a few minutes before 7:30am Monday, Wednesday or Friday and NOW SATURDAYS at 9am.
4. Practice as long as you like, we don’t even mind if you practice in your jammies!

Private Sessions

Erica will design a practice, based on the Ashtanga system, just for you.
30 minutes $40, 60 minutes $80
(Savasana with Enzo and Chichi is optional!)

Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing practice that

  • Focuses the mind through synchronization of movement and breath

  • Stretches tight muscles created through un-awareness of correct posture, weak core, inactivity & stress
