Get back to a consistent practice with me Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from the comfort of your own home. Classes begin May 22nd at 7:30am, stay for a little or the whole class. We will flow through the Ashtanga for the Rest of Your Life practice, please have blocks, straps, walls, beds, dogs, pillows, incense (anything that helps your practice flow) available and within arms reach.
