Calling all Aging Ashtangi’s, new Ashtangi’s and those who are just Ashtanga curious! Bring your Ashtanga questions that never seem to get answered in class.
Erica will help you connect the dots & sort through the confusion many new Ashtangi’s feel. With this new knowledge, you’ll feel confident to follow your own intuition & find Flow.

The heart of Ashtanga: Ujjayi (breath/movement), Bandhas (core strength/stability) and Drishti (internal focus/meditation) will be the foundation for our discussion. This workshop will be chock full of tips and posture modifications that will help you find your happy place in each pose and/or prepare you for advancing to full Primary Series, yet our INTENTION will be to focus on the invisible parts of the practice as we move through the postures.

Ashtanga yoga is truly a meditation in motion. By approaching this practice with a focus on turning the senses inward and tuning into the sensation of the breath, as opposed to attaining a particular shape, is the path to this state of peace and contentment.
