Erica will begin the workshop with a series of gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises and guided meditation. She will explain the benefits and the importance of these tools in regulating stress and anxiety. Sam will guide you through the different ways that dietary choices can support hormonal balance, improve energy, and enhance overall well-being. During Sam’s talk we will share some healthy snacks, address questions from the group and leave time for group discussion.
