Your Menopause Experts

Shonda has been supporting women through the ever-evolving seasons of life for three decades as a psychotherapist, speaker, and mindfulness educator. She believes small daily habits are unassumingly powerful and effective—and has written two books about it. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Shonda is passionate about helping women struggling with perimenopause feel like themselves again so they can get back to running the world. She has been told her approach is soothing and strategic, with a little bit of sass.

Kristin has been taking care of women for more than 25 years. As a general OBGYN she helps women navigate pregnancy, perimenopause and post menopause. She is a certified menopause practitioner and a fellow in ISSWSH (InternationalSociety for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health). More recently, her clinical practice focuses on menopause and sexual health.She is excited to share evidence based tools for living well through menopause and beyond. Partnering with women, sharing vulnerable moments and preparing for a healthy “second half” is what drives her work and philosophy of care.

Erica has been practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga in the Lehigh Valley for over 28 years. As a senior instructor, she has taught multiple 40 and 200 hour teacher trainings, hosted top yoga instructors at her studio, and taught many of the experienced teachers currently instructing in the Valley. Years of practice, life experience and recent studies have confirmed for her that continuing to keep our bodies and minds flexible is an important factor in creating a healthy, happy lifestyle. Her classes are approachable, grounding and soothing.
