Healthy Meals

3 buffet meals are prepared daily from scratch using fresh, local and often organic ingredients grown on Mar de Jade’s own 18-acre Organic Farm. The menu is mainly vegetarian with chicken and seafood options. Meals are served in the open air dining areas overlooking the ocean.

Mar de Jade continually invites experienced massage therapists to offer their services. The Spa Menu is constantly changing and evolving. Services you may receive include:

Morning Ashtanga

Start the day with an invigorating, yet accessible, Ashtanga class. Ashtanga is often referred to as a ‘vigorous’ practice, however, with Erica’s approach, it can be adapted for everyone, in all stages of life.

Rest & Restore

The best way to restore your energy from a busy day, whether at at home or on retreat, is with a restorative yoga wind down. Chris’ evening classes are a constant reminder to slow down and breathe, to feel, listen, and to let go.

    Traveling alone? Let us know, we can help! If you are interested in traveling more affordably, Dorm style rooms can house 3-4 women and allow you to share the experience with some new friends.

    Single rooms are limited, please share A room with a friend.
    Rooms are on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Ocean Rooms

• Ocean Rooms have an unobstructed ocean view and a balcony or terrace. All require steps to climb as they are located on the second, third and fourth floors.
1 person per room: $2950
2 people per room: $1950 each

Garden Rooms

Garden Rooms have a view of our lush tropical gardens and a terrace or outside sitting area. They are all on ground floor, some have a few steps and some have ramp access.
1 person per room: $2550
2 people per room: $1700 each

Guest Rooms

Guest Rooms are simple yet comfortable rooms for one or two people, with garden or jungle views.
1 person per room: $2050
2 people per room: $1450 each

Dorm Rooms

Dorm Rooms (women only) are ideal for budget conscious travelers who would like to share with 3 or 4 other people. They have garden views and a loft accessed by a spiral staircase.

STEP 1: To Register, pay the Retreat Fee to your instructors by using the link above. $695 before April 30, 2025, $895 after. Use code EARLYB26 at checkout for $200 OFF!

STEP 2: You’ll receive a Welcome Email from contact@emmausyoga.com which confirms your purchase and provides you with the contact information necessary to pay the Resort Fee. Resort Fee covers accommodations, 3 meals per day, use of resort facilities and taxes.

STEP 3: Purchase your plane fare, follow Erica and Chris’ on Instagram and pack your bags!

Retreat Fee Cancellation Policy, no exceptions: 

  • Cancel before September 1, 2025 and receive a full refund minus a $75 per person administrative fee.

  • Cancel between September 1, 2025-December 1, 2025 and receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancel after December 1, 2025, no refund.
