This 4 week series will provide you with foundational information that you can apply to make your practice meaningful and pain free.

1. Compassionate methods to practice Ashtanga safely and with ease
2. How to discover Tristana (the union of breath, bandha and drishti) in your own practice
3. Why we don't and won't look the same as anyone else when when we practice
