Erica will be there to assist you through this self-guided practice as you work your way through the series connecting each movement and breath following the Ashtanga method. With a little practice, Ashtanga Yoga becomes a moving meditation. Your practice is a time to reflect and observe yourself without judgement. In this process, you may gain strength and flexibility, however this is a side effect of a consistent practice. Our intention is to focus on the invisible parts of this practice and celebrate what we can do, not to fret about what we can't do.
Erica uses hands on or verbal assists and may sit with you and discuss the next course of action that would be appropriate for you. Beginners welcome after taking a Beginner Session or Workshop, or if you already practice Ashtanga Yoga.
